Hang on: Puff Daddy has changed his name again? Is he trying to top Prince?
The bottom 3 weren’t exactly as I predicted. Siobhan Magnus was safe (soon-to-be cut Tim Urban replaced her), Didi I predicted… Katie Stevens was a surprise this week, but she was saved.
While the composition of the bottom 3 was different from my prediction, the end result was the same: Didi Bonami was the lowest vote getter, and she wasn’t saved… so she’s now the 3rd eliminated contestant.
I’m behind on posting, but Paige Miles was awful last week. She earned elimination. I agree with one of my Q-92 radio hosts last week: Tim Urban must have been happy with that.
He was still mediocre this week. I think he’ll be in the bottom 3 this week, along with Didi Bonami and, I’m sorry to say, Sioban Magnus. Based on overall performance though, I think Didi will be cut.
Ryan Seacrest promised us surprises. For the most part, there weren’t – until Katie was chosen over the much more talented Lindsay. I think the latter will have a good career without the competition, while the former will be one of the first eliminated, as will Tim Urban. He isn’t awful, but he isn’t that good.
Crystal Bowersox is – which is why I think she’ll make it to Top 3. It’s too early to be sure, but I’m guessing that Sioban Magnus will go far.
